Every couple of weeks we will be introducing our fab\u00a0FIT CHICKS bootcamp instructors<\/a> from Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver. \u00a0This week our featured Chick Sergeant is the fabulous Liz from our Mississauga\/Oakville<\/a> location.<\/p>\n

FC \u2013 What made you want to become a Personal Trainer and\u00a0Boot Camp Instructor with FIT CHICKS?<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

LS – I became a personal trainer because I have a passion for health and wellness.\u00a0 When you pair that together with empowering women to become better and stronger, then I rise to the challenge and encourage each and every CHICK to become a better and stronger version of who they already are.<\/p>\n
