The first being Mama Chick Mondays! Every week I&#8217;ll be blogging about eating healthy and exercising from a busy mom&#8217;s point of view.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAnd who am I?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/2011\/04\/meet-your-chick-sergeants-introducing-our-new-ottawa-hunt-club-bootcamp-instuctor-sarah\/\">Sarah, a Chick Sergeant<\/a> (at the Ottawa Hunt Club location), a behind-the-scenes FIT CHICK and a mom of almost 4 year old twins. I maintain a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly and my kids always eat their 5 (minimum) fruits and veggies a day, and actually enjoy it!<\/p>\n<p>I can&#8217;t wait to start blogging and share with you all some of my experiences, tips and recipes.
