It gives that yummy oatmealy taste without the oats! It&#8217;s also high in protein and contains lots of good fats&#8230;Enjoy!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 cup almonds<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup egg whites<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<li>sprinkle of cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 ripe banana (for sweetness)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp coconut oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Melt coconut oil in a pan. Meanwhile, put all of the other ingredients in a blender and whiz a couple of times til the almonds are broken up but not completely disinegrated!<\/li>\n<li>Pour into the pan and cook as you would scrambled eggs.
