But not to worry, we have some ideas of how to get ready!<\/p>\n<h2>FIT CHICKS Guide to Awesome Arms<\/h2>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/2011\/01\/find-your-inner-high-intensity-hottie\/   \">High Intensity Hottie Workout<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget that as members of our <a href=\"www.fitchicks.ca\">FIT CHICKS<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/programs\/boot-camp\">Bootcamp<\/a> session, you have access to our 20-minute <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/2011\/01\/find-your-inner-high-intensity-hottie\/   \">High Intensity Hottie workut video<\/a> that will be sure to get those arms in tip-top shape! You can get a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/2011\/01\/find-your-inner-high-intensity-hottie\/   \">sneak peek<\/a> here<\/p>\n<h3>Pedometer Challenge<\/h3>\n<p>The FIT CHICKS <a href=\"http:\/\/fitchicks.ca\/challenges\/28-day-pedometer-challenge\">Pedometer Challenge<\/a> is starting soon (April 4th!) and we are so pumped! The goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day which will burn approximately 500 calories. How do you incorporate the arms? Easy! Just add some hand weights and get walkin&#8217;, chick!<\/p>\n<h3>Pipes Challenge<\/h3>\n<p>We&#8217;ve teamed up with Morgan from <a href=\"www.lifeafterbagels.com\/blog\">Life After Bagels<\/a> to offer prizing for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifeafterbagels.com\/blog\/2011\/03\/14\/the-life-after-bagels-pipes-challenge\/\">Pipes Challenge<\/a>! It&#8217;s not too late to join the six-week challenge to increase your arm strength and be eligible for some sweet <a href=\"www.fitchicks.ca\">FIT CHICKS<\/a> prizes!<\/p>\n<h3>FIT CHICKS Bootcamps<\/h3>\n<p>Either come join us for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/programs\/boot-camp\">bootcamp<\/a>, or use the moves you&#8217;ve learned in class! Here are some basic moves that will get you ready for summer! (Click the exercise to be linked to a visual demo if you&#8217;re not sure how to do these moves).<br \/>\n<em>Do each for a minute and feel the burn!<\/em><br \/>\n1. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uO_CNYidOw0\">Bicep Curls<\/a><br \/>\n2. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZO81bExngMI\">Tricep Kickbacks<\/a><br \/>\n3. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=B-aVuyhvLHU&amp;feature=relmfu\">Shoulder Press<\/a><br \/>\n4. Alternate <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/livestrong#p\/search\/28\/Phj3UiCz0ME\">forward arm raises<\/a> with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/livestrong#p\/search\/29\/geenhiHju-o\">lateral arm raises<\/a><br \/>\n5.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pF1hBl5pDAU\">Push-ups<\/a>: an oldie but a goodie. \ud83d\ude09 Start on your toes, but move to your knees if you have to &#8211; just don&#8217;t give up, chick!<br \/>\n<em>If you want to maximize your moves, include squats and lunges. Feeling really adventurous? Repeat the set!<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Whew! We&#8217;re sweating just reading about it!
