The key is to have a planned healthy indulgence to keep your cravings at bay. Here&#8217;s a quick and easy hot cocoa recipe I whipped up last<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/hotchocolate-274x300.jpg\" alt=\"hotchocolate\" title=\"hotchocolate\" width=\"274\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-149\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/hotchocolate-274x300.jpg 274w, http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/hotchocolate.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/> night. It&#8217;s rich and satisfying and low in calories too (so you don&#8217;t have to worry about sabotaging all your chicktastic progress in bootcamp!)<\/p>\n<p>2 cups almond breeze unsweetened almond milk (doesn&#8217;t matter which flavour &#8211; original, vanilla or chocolate)<br \/>\n2 tbsp cocoa powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp agave nectar (use more or less to taste, but remember it has about 50 calories a tbsp)<\/p>\n<p>Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil (or you could microwave it too!)<\/p>\n<p>Pour into a large mug, put your cute pjs on, get snuggly for some chick time and enjoy a little taste of sweet chocolate heaven &#8211; DELISH!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey Chicks!
