Plus, we got to workout with Bill Welchkya (for all our music fan chicks he was a VJ on MuchMusic and MuchMoreMusic all as I was growing up!). He was hilarious!<\/p>\n<p>Also for my our Ottawa chicks, don&#8217;t forget we now have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\">5 GI JANE Bootcamp locations<\/a> around the city including Glebe, Stittsville, Orleans, Kanata and Westboro!<\/p>\n<p>Now, I am off to go for a powerwalk \/ gossip with my mom and then off to buy a pressie for one of my best friend&#8217;s baby shower on Sunday.
