One body part is resting while the other is working, this means you keep the heart rate up and get your workout done in half the time!<\/p>\n<p>In our Fitness &amp; Nutrition Expert Program, students learn how to program and design workouts to work for their clients. We teach how to design amazing group fitness\u00a0 and personal training programs so our grads are confident designing programs for all fitness levels and clients.
