So it&#8217;s crucial that you have a plan of attack going into winter to make sure you are getting in 20-30 minutes a day of physical activity. This will improve your mood, fitness, and make sure you don&#8217;t wake up in Spring with more fat than you&#8217;d like!<\/p>\n<p>Often peeps ask me about equipment, what I use outside of class to keep me on track to reaching my own personal fitness goals.\u00a0Choosing the <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnish.com\/working-out-at-home-vs-going-to-the-gym-whats-better-for-you\/\">better smart home gym<\/a> could help you workout from home.<\/p>\n<p>Here are our top 4 ways for getting in those winter workouts at home without having to venture out in the cold!<\/p>\n<h3>1. Workout Videos<\/h3>\n<p>These are one of the best tools to have in your fitness library. Use workout DVDs, stream free videos on you tube or subscribe to a fitness video streaming service at <a href=\"https:\/\/frmation.com\/\">https:\/\/frmation.com\/<\/a>. It&#8217;s great for chicks who aren&#8217;t sure exactly what to do and need some motivation. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/product\/fierce-in-8-dvd-box-set\/\">Try our FIT CHICKS Fierce in 8 DVDs for a variety of killer workouts in under 30 minutes!<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>2. Workout Apps<\/h3>\n<p>These are great for chicks who know how to workout, but just want a plan. There&#8217;s a variety of great apps, like <a href=\"https:\/\/poketfit.com\/\">https:\/\/poketfit.com\/<\/a>, out there that will give you a plan to do at home and allow you to check in. Invest in Equipment<\/h3>\n<p>If you are in it for the long haul (which we hope you are!)and have the space, then investing in some equipment you love great option to have some weights and a piece of cardio equipment like a treadmill or elliptical trainer. Often you can buy second hand or pay in installments to make it easier on the wallet. You can also get a great workout with more inexpensive equipment like bands, a bench, a kettlebell or a TRX (there are too many to list here!)<\/p>\n<h3>4. Build Your Own Workouts<\/h3>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t like someone always telling you what to do, then creating your own workouts is a fantastic option. Or if you want a simple everyday routine, you can try this\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/observer.com\/2021\/06\/one-and-done-workout-reviews-a-legit-way-to-lose-weight\/\">one and done workout<\/a> program. We suggest to start out do a simple circuit like 1 minute of cardio alternated with 1 minute of strength for 10-20 minutes.
