FITNESS FRIDAY – Core & Burpee Challenge

Hey Chicks,

It’s Friday and we know what that means…Challenge Time! This challenge combos cardio, upper body and core work.  It is fast and fierce – just how we like it:)


The challenge is simple. Here is how how you do it:

1. Watch the videos below of  2 of our FIT CHICKS fave exercises in video

2. Find a space indoors or out and find your inner fierceness.

3.  Complete the following:

  • 10 burpees with reg push ups
  • 20 reach thru side planks (10 per side)
  • 10 burpees with lever push ups
  • 20 reach thru side planks (10 per side)
  • 10 burpees with knee in
  • 20 reach thru side planks (10 per side)

4.  Take 60 sec break and repeat twice. If you need a break during, please take it and sit back in childs pose (but you have to come back to it!).

5. Do this each day over the weekend (ie Friday, Sat and Sunday). Remember this is a challenge so try to push yourself!
